The Appearance of Lord Viṣṇu (Kṛṣṇa) and the Divine Exchange with Yoga-māyā
योऽयं कालस्तस्य तेऽव्यक्तबन्धो चेष्टामाहुश्चेष्टते येन विश्वम् । निमेषादिर्वत्सरान्तो महीयां- स्तं त्वेशानं क्षेमधाम प्रपद्ये ॥ २६ ॥
yo ’yaṁ kālas tasya te ’vyakta-bandho ceṣṭām āhuś ceṣṭate yena viśvam nimeṣādir vatsarānto mahīyāṁs taṁ tveśānaṁ kṣema-dhāma prapadye
Ó inaugurador da energia material, esta maravilhosa criação funciona sob o controle do tempo poderoso, que é dividido em segundos, minutos, horas e anos. Este elemento do tempo não é senão outra forma do Senhor Viṣṇu. Tu ages como o controlador do tempo, mas és o reservatório de toda a boa fortuna. Deixa-me oferecer a minha rendição completa a Ti.

By remembering that time is under the Lord’s control, one can reduce anxiety about change and loss, and practice steady devotion and surrender to Krishna as the true source of security.
