Transliteration

nāṭyaṁ sugītaṁ vāditram antardhānaṁ ca khecarāḥ ṛṣayaś cāśiṣaḥ satyāḥ samudraḥ śaṅkham ātmajam

Translation

Os devas que percorrem o espaço concederam-lhe as artes do drama, do canto melodioso, da música instrumental e o poder de desaparecer à vontade. Os grandes sábios também lhe deram bênçãos verazes e infalíveis. O oceano ofereceu uma concha (śaṅkha) nascida do mar.
