Transliteration

evaṁ śaptaḥ sva-guruṇā satyān na calito mahān vāmanāya dadāv enām arcitvodaka-pūrvakam

Translation

Mesmo amaldiçoado assim por seu próprio mestre, o grande Bali Mahārāja não se desviou de sua determinação na verdade. Segundo o costume, primeiro adorou Vāmanadeva oferecendo água e, então, entregou o dom de terra que havia prometido.
