Greater art thou than the blinking one, greater than the standing one; greater art thou than the ocean, O Kāma, O Manyu. Therefrom art thou the greater, evermore the mighty: to thee, O Kāma, I do indeed make reverent homage.
Maior és tu do que o que pisca, maior do que o que está de pé; maior és tu do que o oceano, ó Kāma, ó Manyu. Daí tu és o maior, sempre o poderoso. A ti, ó Kāma, eu de fato faço reverente homenagem.
Rishi: Atharvanic seer attribution within Kāma-hymn complex (varies).
Devata: Kāma (with Manyu as allied/evoked force)
