दण्डपारुष्याच्च तमेव दोषमन्येभ्यः प्राप्नोति ॥ कZ_०८.३.३६ ॥
Transliteration
daṇḍapāruṣyācca tameva doṣam anyebhyaḥ prāpnoti
Translation
E, por causa da punição violenta/da dureza na coerção, ele incorre na mesma culpabilidade que atribuiria a outros (isto é, o governante torna-se culpado do próprio delito que pune).
