Vishahṛn Mantrauṣadham (Poison-Removing Mantra and Medicinal Remedy) — Colophon and Transition

दश जप्त्वा मन्त्रमिदं नमस्कुर्यात्तदौषधं त्वामुद्धराम्यूर्ध्वनेत्रामनेनैव च भक्षयेत्

daśa japtvā mantramidaṃ namaskuryāttadauṣadhaṃ tvāmuddharāmyūrdhvanetrāmanenaiva ca bhakṣayet

Tendo recitado este mantra dez vezes, deve-se fazer uma reverência. Então (dirigindo-se à erva) diga-se: “Ó planta-medicina, eu te arranco (tomo), tu que és de ‘olhar voltado para o alto’”, e em seguida ingira-se segundo esse mesmo rito/mantra.
