FAQs

It gives a practical preservation instruction during pralaya: prepare a boat and stock it with “bīja” (seeds/grains) and necessary provisions to ensure post-deluge regeneration.

Beyond theology, it embeds a concrete survival-and-restoration protocol within cosmological narrative—showing how the text blends mythic time-cycles with actionable guidance on preservation of resources.

Preserving seeds and life-forms during pralaya symbolizes dharma-protection: safeguarding creation so that righteous order and ritual-agricultural continuity can be re-established after dissolution.
