Chapter 33 — पवित्रारोहणविधानं
The Procedure for Pavitrārohaṇa / Installing the Sacred Thread or Consecratory Amulet
विश्वाय विश्वक्सेनात्मने ईशानके यजेत् देवस्य दक्षिणे हस्ते रक्षासूत्रञ्च बन्धयेत्
viśvāya viśvaksenātmane īśānake yajet devasya dakṣiṇe haste rakṣāsūtrañca bandhayet
Deve-se prestar culto a Īśānaka—invocando-o como “Viśva” e como a própria essência de Viśvaksena—e deve-se amarrar um fio protetor (rakṣā-sūtra) na mão direita da deidade.
