Praise of the Sacred Geography of Mathurā

ययातिभूपवंशाच्च क्षत्रियः कुलवर्द्धनः ॥ भविष्यामि वरारोहे मथुरायां न संशयः

yayātibhūpavaṃśācca kṣatriyaḥ kulavarddhanaḥ || bhaviṣyāmi varārohe mathurāyāṃ na saṃśayaḥ

ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਯਯਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਵੰਸ਼ ਤੋਂ, ਕੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਖ਼ਸ਼ਤ੍ਰਿਯ—ਹੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਨਿਤੰਬਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ—ਮੈਂ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ।
