ततः स पितरं प्राह रात्रिगर्च्छतु सुप्यताम् ॥ श्वः प्रभाते ततः सर्वं कथयिष्यामि तत्पुनः

tataḥ sa pitaraṃ prāha rātrigar cchatu supyatām || śvaḥ prabhāte tataḥ sarvaṃ kathayiṣyāmi tat punaḥ

ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ: ‘ਰਾਤ ਲੰਘਣ ਦਿਓ; ਆਓ ਸੌਂ ਲਈਏ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ, ਫਿਰ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸੁਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।’
