Naadbindu

न मानं नावमानं च संत्यक्त्वा तु समाधिना ।

अवस्थात्रयमन्वेति न चित्तं योगिनः सदा ॥

न मानम् न अवमानम् च संत्यक्त्वा तु समाधिना ।

अवस्था-त्रयम् अन्वेति न चित्तम् योगिनः सदा ॥

na mānaṃ nāvamānaṃ ca saṃtyaktvā tu samādhinā |

avasthātrayam anveti na cittaṃ yoginaḥ sadā ||

ਸਮਾਧੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ, ਯੋਗੀ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਸਦਾ ਜਾਗ੍ਰਤ-ਸੁਪਨਾ-ਸੁਸ਼ੁਪਤੀ—ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਅਵਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ।

Having abandoned both honor and dishonor through samādhi, the yogin’s mind does not follow the three states (of waking, dream, and deep sleep) at all times.
