Kundika

गच्छंस्तिष्ठन्नुपविशञ्छयानो वान्यथापि वा । यथेच्छया वसेद्विद्वानात्मारामः सदा मुनिः ॥ इत्युपनिषत् ॥ २८ ॥

गच्छन् । तिष्ठन् । उपविशन् । शयानः । वा । अन्यथा । अपि । वा । यथा-इच्छया । वसेत् । विद्वान् । आत्म-आरामः । सदा । मुनिः । इति । उपनिषत् ।

gacchaṁs tiṣṭhann upaviśañ chayāno vānyathāpi vā | yathecchayā vased vidvān ātmārāmaḥ sadā muniḥ || ity upaniṣat || 28 ||

ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ, ਖੜ੍ਹਿਆਂ, ਬੈਠਿਆਂ, ਲੇਟਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ—ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਆਤਮਾਰਾਮ ਮੁਨੀ ਸਦਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਸੇ। ਇਤਿ ਉਪਨਿਸ਼ਦ।

Whether walking, standing, sitting, lying down, or otherwise in any manner, the knower should dwell as he wishes—ever a sage, delighting in the Self. Thus ends the Upaniṣad.
