एवं शुभाशुभैर्भावैः सा नाडीति विभावयेत् । तद्भाविताः प्रपद्यन्ते पुनर्जन्मविवर्जिताः ॥२०॥

Padapatha (Word Split)

एवम् । शुभ-अशुभैः । भावैः । सा । नाडी । इति । विभावयेत् । तत्-भाविताः । प्रपद्यन्ते । पुनः-जन्म-विवर्जिताः ।

IAST Transliteration

evaṃ śubhāśubhair bhāvaiḥ sā nāḍīti vibhāvayet | tadbhāvitāḥ prapadyante punarjanmavivarjitāḥ ||20||

Translation

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ੁਭ ਭਾਵਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ‘ਨਾਡੀ’ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਉਸ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਲਕਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Academic Translation

Thus one should contemplate that [process] as ‘the nāḍī’ through auspicious and inauspicious states. Those who are imbued with that contemplation attain [the goal], being free from rebirth.
