Ekakshara

स सर्ववेत्ता भुवनस्य गोप्ता ताभिः प्रजानां निहिता जनानाम् । प्रोता त्वमोता विचितिः क्रमाणां प्रजापतिश्छन्दमयो विगर्भः ॥९॥

सः । सर्व-वेत्ता । भुवनस्य । गोप्ता । ताभिः । प्रजानाम् । निहिताः । जनानाम् । प्रोतः । तु । अमोतः । विचितिः । क्रमाणाम् । प्रजापतिः । छन्दः-मयः । विगर्भः ।

sa sarvavettā bhuvanasya goptā tābhiḥ prajānāṃ nihitā janānām | protaḥ tv amotaḥ vicitiḥ kramāṇāṃ prajāpatiś chandamayo vigarbhaḥ ||9||

ਉਹ ਸਰਬ-ਵੇਤਾ ਹੈ, ਭੁਵਨ ਦਾ ਗੋਪਤਾ (ਰਖਵਾਲਾ) ਹੈ; ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਵਾਂ—ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ—ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋਤ ਅਤੇ ਓਤ, ਬੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਬੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ; ਕ੍ਰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਵੇਕਮਈ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ। ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਪਤੀ ਹੈ, ਛੰਦਮਯ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗਰਭ—ਅਦਭੁਤ ਗਰਭ ਵਾਲਾ—ਹੈ।

He is the all-knower, the protector of the world; by those (powers/means) the creatures of beings are established. He is woven (through all) and also interwoven; the discerning ordering of sequences. He is Prajāpati, constituted of meters (chandas), the one with the wondrous womb/embryo (vigarbha).

Brahman as omniscient inner controller (antaryāmin), cosmic order (ṛta/krama), and the substratum ‘woven’ through allMahavakya: Closest in spirit to ‘ahaṃ brahmāsmi’ (Bṛhadāraṇyaka 1.4.10) when internalized: the ‘woven-through’ all-knower is not merely external but the very Self; also supports ‘sarvaṃ khalv idaṃ brahma’ via the ‘warp-and-weft’ claim.Atharva
