Transliteration

sthitaṃ mahāprabhāvaṃ hi vāḍavena pratiṣṭhitam | kṛtasmaro yadā dagdhaḥ parvato vāḍavāgninā

Translation

ਇਹ ਵਾਡਵੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਮਹਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਵਾਡਵ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਸਮਰਾ ਸੜ ਗਿਆ—ਜਦੋਂ ਪਹਾੜ ਵਾਡਵਾਗਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਸਮ ਹੋਇਆ—ਤਦ ਇਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹੋਇਆ।
