ऋषय ऊचुः । पूजाविधिं तु कृष्णस्य श्रोतुकामाः समासतः । कथयाऽचरणोपेतं यथावद्दैत्यसत्तम
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | pūjāvidhiṃ tu kṛṣṇasya śrotukāmāḥ samāsataḥ | kathayā'caraṇopetaṃ yathāvaddaityasattama
ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ: “ਅਸੀਂ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ-ਵਿਧੀ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਹੇ ਦੈਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ, ਆਚਰਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਯਥਾਵਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਹੋ।”
