अश्वत्थामा द्रोणपुत्रो रौद्रोंशो दुर्जयोऽति सः । मया साध्या भवेयुस्ते सर्वथा स्वहितं शृणु
aśvatthāmā droṇaputro raudroṃśo durjayo'ti saḥ | mayā sādhyā bhaveyuste sarvathā svahitaṃ śṛṇu
ਉਹ ਅਸ਼ਵੱਥਾਮਾ ਹੈ, ਦ੍ਰੋਣ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ—ਰੌਦ੍ਰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਸ਼, ਅਤਿ ਦੁਰਜੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿੱਧ ਹੋਣਗੇ; ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਤ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ।
