अथैवंछिन्नधन्वानमाशीविषविषोपमैः ।।।।विव्याधोरसिसौमित्रीरावणिंपञ्चभिःशरैः ।
athaivaṃ chinna-dhanvānam āśīviṣa-viṣopamaiḥ |
vivyādha urasi saumitrī rāvaṇiṃ pañcabhiḥ śaraiḥ ||
ਫਿਰ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੇ ਸੱਪ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਪੰਜ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਦੀ ਛਾਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
