सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
वृथागर्जितनिश्चेष्टा राक्षस्यः पिशिताशनाः।।।।रावणाय शशंसुस्ताः सीताध्यवसितं महत्।
vṛthāgarjita-niśceṣṭā rākṣasyaḥ piśitāśanāḥ | rāvaṇāya śaśaṃsus tāḥ sītādhyavasitaṃ mahat ||
ਵਿਅਰਥ ਗਰਜ ਕੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਫਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮਾਸਾਹਾਰੀ ਰਾਕਸ਼ਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੀਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਦੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਰਾਵਣ ਨੂੰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
