रावणभवनपरिक्रमणं हनूमतः शोकविचारश्च
Hanuman’s Circuit of Ravana’s Palace and the Crisis of Deliberation
तं तु कृच्छ्रगतं दृष्ट्वा पञ्चत्वगतमानसम्।।।।भृशानुरक्तो मेधावी न भविष्यति लक्ष्मणः।
taṁ tu kṛcchragataṁ dṛṣṭvā pañcatvagatamānasam | bhṛśānurakto medhāvī na bhaviṣyati lakṣmaṇaḥ ||
ਉਹਨੂੰ (ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ) ਘੋਰ ਦੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁੱਬਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ, ਮਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੰਚਤੱਤਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ, ਇਹ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ, ਅਤਿ ਅਨੁਰਾਗੀ ਤੇ ਬੁੱਧਿਮਾਨ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਵੀ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
