तारोपदेशः
Tara’s Counsel to Vali on Sugriva’s Roar and Rama’s Alliance
नासहायमहं मन्ये सुग्रीवं तमिहागतम्।अवष्टब्धसहायश्च यमाश्रित्यैष गर्जति।।
nāsahāyam ahaṃ manye sugrīvaṃ tam ihāgatam |
avaṣṭabdha-sahāyaś ca yam āśrityaiṣa garjati || 4.15.13 ||
ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਗ੍ਰੀਵ ਇੱਥੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ; ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਆਸਰਾ-ਦਾਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ—ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਗਰਜ ਕੇ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
'Certainly Sugriva has not come here to give a war-cry without any external help. Theperson whose refuge he has sought is not a small one.
