तदिदं वैष्णवं राम पितृपैतामहं महत्।क्षत्रधर्मं पुरस्कृत्य गृह्णीष्व धनुरुत्तमम्।।।।

Transliteration

tad idaṃ vaiṣṇavaṃ rāma pitṛpaitāmahaṃ mahat | kṣatradharmaṃ puraskṛtya gṛhṇīṣva dhanur uttamam ||

Translation

ਇਹ ਮਹਾਨ ਵੈਸ਼ਣਵ ਧਨੁਸ਼, ਹੇ ਰਾਮ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਤਾਮਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਪੈਤ੍ਰਿਕ ਧਰੋਹਰ ਹੈ; ਖ਼ਸ਼ਤਰੀ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਉੱਤਮ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰ।
