अश्वमेधप्रवृत्तिः
Commencement and Performance of Daśaratha’s Aśvamedha
न चाहुतमभूत्तत्र स्खलितं वापि किञ्चन ।दृश्यते ब्रह्मवत्सर्वं क्षेमयुक्तं हि चक्रिरे।।।।
na cāhutam abhūt tatra skhalitaṃ vāpi kiñcana | dṛśyate brahmavat sarvaṃ kṣema-yuktaṃ hi cakrire ||
ਉਸ ਯੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਹੁਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਘਾਟ ਨਾ ਸੀ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੁੱਲ ਹੋਈ; ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ-ਮੰਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਸੰਬਲਿਤ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਮ-ਕੁਸ਼ਲਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
