भरतस्य मातृसदनगमनं कैकेय्या दारुणवृत्तान्तकथनं च

कच्चिन्न ब्राह्मणधनं हृतं रामेण कस्यचित्।कच्चिन्नाढ्यो दरिद्रो वा तेनापापो विहिंसितः।।2.72.44।।
kaccin na brāhmaṇadhanaṃ hṛtaṃ rāmeṇa kasyacit | kaccin nāḍhyo daridro vā tenāpāpo vihiṃsitaḥ || 2.72.44 ||
ਕਿਤੇ ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਦਾ ਧਨ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ? ਕਿਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼—ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਗਰੀਬ—ਨੁਕਸਾਨੀ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ?
