मात्मानं परिनिंदेथामाच भाग्यानि सुव्रते । फलं चैवं विधिकृतं दातुं कस्य तु कः क्षमः

mātmānaṃ pariniṃdethāmāca bhāgyāni suvrate | phalaṃ caivaṃ vidhikṛtaṃ dātuṃ kasya tu kaḥ kṣamaḥ

ਹੇ ਸੁਵ੍ਰਤੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਨਾ ਕੋਸ। ਜੇ ਫਲ ਵਿਧੀ ਨੇ ਨਿਯਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਕੌਣ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਜਾਂ ਬਦਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
