तमूचुर्मुनयः सर्वे दानधर्मं समाचर । ऋषय ऊचुः । पूयंते सर्वपापेभ्यो ब्राह्मणानि यमैर्व्रतैः
tamūcurmunayaḥ sarve dānadharmaṃ samācara | ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | pūyaṃte sarvapāpebhyo brāhmaṇāni yamairvrataiḥ
ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਬੋਲੇ: “ਦਾਨ-ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਆਚਰਨ ਕਰ।” ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ: “ਯਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਸਭ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।”

Sandhi Resolution Notes: तमूचुर् = तम् + ऊचुः. ऊचुर्मुनयः = ऊचुः + मुनयः (र्-आदेश).
They instruct the listener to practice dāna-dharma—living by the duty of charitable giving.
It states that purification from all sins comes through yamas (ethical restraints) and vratas (vows/observances).
Dharma is upheld through both outward generosity (dāna) and inward discipline (yama and vrata), together leading to moral and spiritual cleansing.
