Sandhi Resolution Notes: ब्रह्मन्भक्त्या = ब्रह्मन् + भक्त्या
The verse praises observing Kṛṣṇa’s Janmāṣṭamī with bhakti (devotion), presenting it as a spiritually potent vow/observance.
The promised result is attaining Viṣṇu’s abode (Viṣṇu-pura) at life’s end, indicating liberation-oriented Vaishnava soteriology.
It implies that the merit is not viewed as purely individual; devotional practice is portrayed as uplifting one’s family line as well, encouraging responsibility and faith-centered conduct.
