मुद्गरं सा समादाय मौलौ चाताडयद्बलात् । कनिष्ठं मत्सुतं दूता नापि दास्यामि सर्वथा
mudgaraṃ sā samādāya maulau cātāḍayadbalāt | kaniṣṭhaṃ matsutaṃ dūtā nāpi dāsyāmi sarvathā
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੁਦਗਰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੱਥੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਹੇ ਦੂਤ, ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੀ।”
