The verse teaches that tirtha-based worship of specific revered forms—Kanakeśa, Kedāra, Nārasiṃha, and Vāmana—performed properly along the sacred ratha-mārga has pitṛ-tāraṇa power, meaning it spiritually benefits and uplifts one’s ancestors.
Bhakti is expressed here as samabhyarcana—reverent, orderly worship of named divine manifestations—showing that devotional acts at holy sites and in sacred processional spaces are considered potent, extending grace beyond the devotee to the family lineage.
It highlights ritual practice (kalpa-oriented procedure): performing pūjā in the prescribed manner and place (ratha-mārga) with a clear intention (pitṛ-benefit), reflecting applied dharma/ritual science rather than grammar or astrology.
