अलर्क उवाच कथितं मे त्वया मातर्नित्य नैमित्तिकञ्च यत् । नित्यनैमित्तिकञ्चैव त्रिविधं कर्म पौरुषम् ॥
alarka uvāca kathitaṃ me tvayā mātā nitya naimittikaṃ ca yat | nityanaimittikaṃ caiva trividhaṃ karma pauruṣam ||
ਅਲਰਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਮਾਤਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਤ ਕਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਮਿੱਤਿਕ ਕਰਮ ਸਮਝਾਏ; ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਕਰਮ ਤਿੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੈ—ਨਿੱਤ, ਨੈਮਿੱਤਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਭਯਾਤਮਕ।
