Sañjaya’s Report
इन्द्रो वा ते हरिमान् वज़हस्त: पुरस्ताद् यातु समरे5रीन् विनिध्नन् । सुग्रीवयुक्तेन रथेन वा ते पश्चात् कृष्णो रक्षतु वासुदेव:
sañjaya uvāca | indro vā te harimān vajrahastaḥ purastād yātu samare 'rīn vinighnan | sugrīvayuktena rathena vā te paścāt kṛṣṇo rakṣatu vāsudevaḥ |
ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਵਜ੍ਰਹਸਤ ਮਹਿੰਦਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਰੇ-ਭੂਰੇ ਘੋੜੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ-ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਚਲੇ; ਜਾਂ ਸੁਗ੍ਰੀਵ ਆਦਿ ਤੇਜ਼ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਤੇ ਰਥ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਵਾਸੁਦੇਵ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰੇ।
