एतन्न: संशयं ब्रह्मन् पुराणं ज्ञानसम्भवम् | कथयस्वोत्तममते महापुरुषनिर्मितम्
Transliteration
etannaḥ saṁśayaṁ brahman purāṇaṁ jñānasambhavam | kathayasvottamamate mahāpuruṣanirmitam ||
Translation
ਸ਼ੌਨਕ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ! ਸਾਡਾ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਦੂਰ ਕਰੋ। ਹੇ ਉੱਤਮ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਵਾਲੇ! ਸੱਚੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਤਪੰਨ, ਮਹਾਪੁਰਖ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰਚਿਆ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਪੁਰਾਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਓ।
