Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)
श्रीभगवानुवाच लोककार्यगती: सर्वास्त्विं चिन्तय यथाविधि । धाता त्वं सर्वभूतानां त्वं प्रभुर्जगतो गुरु:
śrībhagavān uvāca | lokakāryagatīḥ sarvāstvāṃ cintaya yathāvidhi | dhātā tvaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ tvaṃ prabhur jagato guruḥ ||
ਸ਼੍ਰੀਭਗਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— “ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਨ! ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਕਰਮ-ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਜਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਯਥਾਵਿਧਿ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਕਰ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਭੂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਾਤਾ ਹੈਂ; ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੈਂ।”
