कालनिर्देशः शोकनिवारणं च

Instruction on Kāla and the Removal of Grief

आधानादीनि कर्माणि शक्तिमान्न करोति यः । अप्रयच्छंश्व॒ सर्वाणि नित्यदेयानि भारत

Transliteration

ādhānādīni karmāṇi śaktimān na karoti yaḥ | aprayacchaṁś ca sarvāṇi nityadeyāni bhārata ||

Translation

ਹੇ ਭਾਰਤ, ਜੋ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਅਗਨਿਆਧਾਨ ਆਦਿ ਵਿਹਿਤ ਕਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਨਿੱਤ ਦੇਣ ਯੋਗ ਦਾਨ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ ਤੋਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਧਰਮਾਚਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਾਟਾ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
