अरिष्टानि प्रवक्ष्यामि विहितानि मनीषिभि: । संवत्सरवियोगस्य सम्भवन्ति शरीरिण:

Transliteration

ariṣṭāni pravakṣyāmi vihitāni manīṣibhiḥ | saṃvatsaraviyogasya sambhavanti śarīriṇaḥ ||

Translation

ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਅਮੰਗਲ—ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ—ਲੱਛਣ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਜੋ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਦੇਹਧਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੇਹ-ਵਿਛੋੜੇ (ਮੌਤ) ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਵਰ੍ਹਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
