एतावदेतत्‌ कथितं मया ते तथ्यं महाराज यथार्थतत्त्वम्‌ । अमत्सरत्वं परिगृहा[ चार्थ सनातन ब्रह्म विशुद्धमाद्यम्‌

Transliteration

etāvad etat kathitaṃ mayā te tathyaṃ mahārāja yathārtha-tattvam | amatsaratvaṃ parigṛhya cārthaṃ sanātanaṃ brahma viśuddham ādyam ||

Translation

ਵਸਿਸ਼ਠ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ! ਇਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ—ਸੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਯਥਾਰਥ ਤੱਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ। ਈਰਖਾ-ਦ੍ਵੈਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ, ਤੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਜਨ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ, ਸਨੇਹ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ, ਸਨਾਤਨ, ਸਭ ਦਾ ਆਦਿ-ਮੂਲ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਵਰਣਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
