Ātma-saṃyama-dharma: One-pointedness of Mind and Senses (शुक–व्यास संवादः)
ब्रह्म॑स्तदपि कर्तास्मि यद् भवान् वक्ष्यते पुन: । इति सर्वमनुज्ञाप्य निवेद्य च यथाविधि
brahmāstada pi kartāsmi yad bhavān vakṣyate punaḥ | iti sarvam anu jñāpya nivedya ca yathāvidhi
“ਭਗਵਨ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਫਿਰ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਆਖੋਗੇ, ਉਹ ਧਰਮ-ਕਰਮ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।” ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਵੇਦਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਉਹ ਤਦਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧੇ।
