Apaddharma Determination: Dialogue of Viśvāmitra and the Śvapaca
लीन: स तस्य गात्रेषु पलितो देशकालवित् । चिच्छेद पाशान् नृपते कालापेक्षी शनै: शनै:
līnaḥ sa tasya gātreṣu palito deśa-kāla-vit | ciccheda pāśān nṛpate kālāpekṣī śanaiḥ śanaiḥ ||
ਬਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗ ਕੇ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਦੇਸ-ਕਾਲ ਦਾ ਜਾਣਕਾਰ ਧੂਸਰ ਚੂਹਾ ਪਲਿਤ ਢੁੱਕਵੇਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ; ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਤੱਕਦਿਆਂ, ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ, ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਫਾਹਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰੱਸੀਆਂ ਕਤਰ ਕੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ।
