आपद्धर्मे कोशबलन्यायः | Treasury, Force, and Crisis-Ethics for the King
दुर्लभ: स मया द्रष्टमाशा च महती मम । तया परीतगात्रो5हं मुमूर्षुर्नात्र संशय:
durlabhaḥ sa mayā dṛṣṭam āśā ca mahatī mama | tayā parītagātro ’haṃ mumūrṣur nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
“ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਦੁਲੱਭ ਹੈ; ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਆਸ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਗੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਆਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੰਗ-ਅੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਨਹੀਂ—ਉਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਾਂ।”
