न शक््यं हानमात्येन महत्त्वमनुशासितुम् । दुष्टामात्येन वा वीर शरीरपरिपन्थिना
na śakyaṃ hānamātyena mahattvam anuśāsitum | duṣṭāmātyena vā vīra śarīraparipanthinā ||
ਹੇ ਵੀਰ! ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ/ਅਯੋਗ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੇ ਸੰਰਖਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ; ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਵੈਰੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਚਲ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ।
