स चानेन नृशंसेन धृष्टद्युम्नेन वीर्यवान्
sa cānena nṛśaṃsena dhṛṣṭadyumnena vīryavān
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਯੋਧੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਿਰਦਈ ਧ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਦ੍ਯੁਮਨ ਨੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ; ਇਹ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਉਮੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਠੋਰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਆਚਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਰਮ ਰੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
