शल्यस्य सेनापत्याभ्युपगमः | Śalya’s Acceptance of Command
शूराणामरर्यवृत्तानां संग्रामेष्वनिवर्तिनाम् । धीमतां सत्यसंधानां सर्वेषां क्रतुयाजिनाम्
śūrāṇām araryavṛttānāṁ saṅgrāmeṣv anivartinām | dhīmatāṁ satyasaṁdhānāṁ sarveṣāṁ kratuyājinām ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਉਹ ਆਰਯ ਚਾਲ-ਚਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸਨ, ਜੋ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਦੇ ਪਿੱਠ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ—ਬੁੱਧੀਮਾਨ, ਸੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਗਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਡੋਲ, ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਯੱਗ-ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ।
