शल्यस्य सेनापत्याभ्युपगमः | Śalya’s Acceptance of Command

कृष्णाया: प्रेष्यवद्‌ भूत्वा शुश्रूषां कुरुते सदा । इति सर्व समुन्नद्धं न निरवाति कथठ्चन

kṛṣṇāyāḥ preṣyavad bhūtvā śuśrūṣāṃ kurute sadā | iti sarva-samunnaddhaṃ na niravāti kathaṃcana ||

ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣਾ (ਦ੍ਰੌਪਦੀ) ਲਈ ਦਾਸ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਸ਼ੁਸ਼ਰੂਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚਲ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਂਦਾ, ਕਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੋੜਦਾ।
