तस्मिन्‌ निपतिते वीरे सौभद्रो द्रौपदीसुत:

Transliteration

tasmin nipatite vīre saubhadro draupadīsutaḥ

Translation

ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ— ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਵੀਰ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਿਆ, ਤਦ ਸੁਭਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ—ਦ੍ਰੌਪਦੀ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ—ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਿਆ/ਕਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਜੰਗੀ ਕਥਾ ਦਾ ਮੋੜ ਸੀ; ਇੱਕ ਦੇ ਪਤਨ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਾ ਕਰਤਵ, ਨਿਭਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਠ ਖੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ।
