भीष्मस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति उपालम्भः
Bhīṣma’s Reproof to Duryodhana
सभामानीय दुर्बुद्धे बहुधा क्लेशिता त्वया । तव च प्रियकामेन आश्रमस्था दुरात्मना
sabhām ānīya durbuddhe bahudhā kleśitā tvayā | tava ca priyakāmena āśramasthā durātmanā
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਹੇ ਦੁਰਬੁੱਧੀ! ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਸੀਟ ਕੇ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਢੰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਤੇ ਹੇ ਦੁਰਾਤਮਾ! ਗ੍ਰਿਹਾਸ਼੍ਰਮ-ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੇਠ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਉਸ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਕੇਵਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਮਨਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ।
