उभे सेने बृहत्यौ भीमरूपे तथैवोभे भारत दुर्विषहो । तथैवोभे स्वर्गजयाय सूष्टे तथैवोभे सत्पुरुषोपजुष्टे
Translation
ਹੇ ਭਾਰਤ! ਦੋਵੇਂ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ, ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਧਰ ਸਨ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਵਿਧਾਤਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਰਗ-ਵਿਜੈ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਰਚਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੱਖ ਸਤਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।
