अपि संचयबुद्धिहि लोभमोहवशंगत: । उद्वेजयति भूतानि पापेनाशुद्धबुद्धिना

Transliteration

api sañcayabuddhiṁ hi lobhamohavaśaṅgataḥ | udvejayati bhūtāni pāpenāśuddhabuddhinā ||

Translation

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਲੋਭ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਧਾਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਪਾਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਬਰਾਹਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
