Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha
सकृदुत्सृज्य तन्नादं त्रासयानो मृगद्धिजान् । मानुषं वचन प्राह धृष्टो बिलशयो महान्
sakṛd utsṛjya tan-nādaṁ trāsayāno mṛga-dvijān | mānuṣaṁ vacanaṁ prāha dhṛṣṭo bilaśayo mahān ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਉਹ ਨਾਦ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ, ਬਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਧ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਜੀਵ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਿਆ।
