Kurukṣetra Campaign in Summary
तथा किलकिलाशब्दैर्भूधरो5भून्मनोहर: । कुछ लोग क्रीडा आदिमें आसक्त होकर दूसरे कार्योंकी ओर ध्यान नहीं देते थे
tathā kilakilāśabdair bhūdharo ’bhūn manoharaḥ |
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਕਿਲਕਿਲਾ’ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੂੰਜਦੀਆਂ ਧੁਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਲਾਹਲ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਪਹਾੜ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਨੋਹਰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਸੀ। ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਗਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ; ਕਈ ਹर्ष-ਮਦ ਨਾਲ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ; ਕੁਝ ਉੱਛਲਦੇ-ਕੁੱਦਦੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਮਚਾਉਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਲਾਸ-ਧੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੂੰਜਦਾ ਉਹ ਗਿਰਿ-ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪਰਮ ਰਮਣੀਯ ਹੋ ਉਠਿਆ।
