कुन्तीनिवर्तनप्रयत्नः तथा वननिवासप्रारम्भः
Attempt to Dissuade Kuntī; Commencement of Forest Residence
अयं पुनर्मत्तगजेन्द्रगामी प्रतप्तचामीकरशुद्धगौर: । पृथ्वायतांस: पृथुदीर्घबाहु- वैकोदर: पश्यत पश्यतेमम्
ayaṁ punar mattagajendragāmī prataptacāmīkaraśuddhagaurāḥ | pṛthvāyatāṁsaḥ pṛthudīrghabāhur vaiko daraḥ paśyata paśyatemam ||
ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖੋ, ਇਹ ਫਿਰ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ—ਮੱਤੇ ਗਜੇਂਦਰ ਵਰਗੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਾਲ ਵਾਲਾ, ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਪੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਸੋਨੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਚਮਕਦਾ; ਚੌੜੇ ਮੋਢੇ, ਲੰਬੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਬਾਂਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਉਦਰ ਵਾਲਾ—ਵੇਖੋ, ਵੇਖੋ ਇਸਨੂੰ!
